Grenville Street Development Residential Development

Introduction

This website has been established to give the community information on an application lodged with Willoughby City Council to rezone the National Acoustic Laboratory at 126 Greville Street and part of 25 Millwood Avenue at Chatswood to permit its redevelopment for medium density housing.

The rezoning proposal, lodged by the Barana and Toga Group of companies, presents an exciting opportunity to integrate the site physically into the surrounding community.

A community consultation session was held by the proponent on Wednesday 25th July at which over 200 members of the local community attended in order to view the proposal and discuss issues with members of the project team.

This website will be regularly updated and will continue to provide information on the Woodlands project as it becomes available.
