Vincentia Coastal Village and District Centre

In February 2005 following extensive consultation with the community, Government agencies and Shoalhaven City Council, Stockland lodged development proposals with the then Department of Infrastructure & Natural Resources.

Since that time Stockland has been in discussion with the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) and the Department of Planning (DoP) to resolve issues around buffers between the development zone and adjacent the National Park.

A revised Concept and Project Plan has recently been lodged with the DoP and is currently being exhibited. For details of the exhibition process please click here:
