This website describes the vision of the Joint Venture partners, Canberra Investment Corporation Limited (CIC) and Land Management Corporation (LMC), for a new community at Northgate in Adelaide, South Australia.

Northgate Stage Three: Precinct One presents an opportunity to ‘make a difference’ by creating a new community based on urban sustainability, housing diversity and social housing outcomes. It will be a benchmark for residential community development in Adelaide: a distinctive, high quality living and recreational environment that benefits its residents and the wider local community.

The Joint Venture partners have undertaken a collaborative and inclusive planning process for Northgate Stage Three: Precinct One. These have included engagement activities to provide an opportunity for local community stakeholders to comment on and contribute to the planning process.

This website provides information on the project Master Plan, project development as well as information on the outcomes of community consultation activities.
