Australand & CUB agree to rescind contract

Australand and Carlton United Breweries (CUB) have mutually agreed to rescind their contractual arrangements on the sale of the Broadway site. Click here>> to read the CUB statement to the Australian Stock Exchange on this matter.

 

CUB will continue to pursue redevelopment options for the site and will work cooperatively with the City of Sydney in this process. 

 

CUB remains committed to consulting with the wider community and local residents to ensure the best outcome for the site.
