Community development and placemaking strategies
We deliver processes and strategies to support residents and businesses to participate in building community life, local identity, economic vitality and social capital in communities.
Strategic social plans
Strategic social plans focus on the strategies and actions required to create communities which are socially sustainable. They include not only social infrastructure, but also strategies to manage social impacts, develop community life, promote community benefit and enhance social integration and cohesion.
Community strategic plans
Community Strategic Plans prepared by local government require 10 year+ planning with local communities to develop an agreed vision, directions and strategies for local areas. They are quadruple bottom line plans, involving significant community engagement. They form the overarching framework for other Council plans such as asset and financial plans.
