Community Centre Design Guidelines

As the principal author of the Community Centre Design Guidelines, Elton Consulting worked closely with the Landcom team. As part of the project, Elton Consulting:

  • Assisted with convening a workshop involving local government and community facility stakeholders to identify what makes a successful community centre
  • Reviewed and integrated comments and feedback from workshop participants and the project team
  • Wrote the text for the Community Centre Design Guidelines.

These guidelines form one element of a boxed set of seven guidelines covering various aspects of design and project delivery, launched by Landcom in July 2008.
